About
I grew up where the Skeena River meets the Coast Mountains.
Terrace, BC — Kitselas territory. A small Northern town surrounded by wilderness, built by people who figure things out because there's no one else to call. That's the foundation.

When you come from a place like Terrace, you learn to think in systems. Weather changes, supply chains break, and the only thing you can control is how well you've built your foundation. I carried that instinct into everything I've done since.
I started in pre-med at Trinity Western University. The plan was clean — science degree, medical school, a linear path. But I kept getting pulled toward how organizations work, why some scale and others stall, what separates operational discipline from chaos. I pivoted to an MBA with a dual focus in Accounting and Marketing. Accounting taught me to read a P&L and think in margins. Marketing taught me to read a market and think in leverage.
My first real venture was Kemano CCS — a 30-acre hemp cultivation operation in Manitoba, launched out of Fort Langley while I was still at TWU. I raised $1.2M from private investors and managed everything end-to-end: licensing, land, infrastructure, investor relations. It was the kind of thing where you learn what you're made of, because nothing goes according to plan and you have to keep building anyway.
After that I moved into decentralized finance — Weavr.org and Fractional Finance. DAO governance, tokenomics, building protocols in public. Completely different domain, same underlying impulse: complex systems with many moving parts, and the challenge of making them work.
Then consumer brands. I was CMO at Casa Leo, where I ran the full growth stack — brand positioning, paid media, content strategy, conversion optimization. My first executive marketing role and the inflection point that led to what I do now.
Today I run Grow Wild Agency. Enterprise digital marketing and development — multi-location businesses, complex operations, the kind of work where you need someone who understands both the marketing and the infrastructure underneath it.

The through-line across all of it — agriculture, DeFi, consumer brands, enterprise marketing — is the same. I'm drawn to systems. I like understanding how things connect, where the leverage points are, and what it takes to make something work at scale.Get in touch
