Challenge

Grow Wild needed to transition from a freelance-style operation into a credible enterprise agency capable of landing five- and six-figure contracts. The existing web presence was a basic template site with no content strategy, no proprietary tooling, and no systems to demonstrate authority in the digital marketing space.

Approach

The agency was rebuilt from the ground up. A custom Next.js site was designed and developed with an editorial content architecture, case study system, and service-specific landing pages optimized for conversion. An n8n-powered content automation pipeline was created to research, draft, edit, and publish blog content at scale, producing 40+ long-form posts covering SEO, GBP optimization, PPC, and hospitality marketing. Three proprietary tools were built and launched: SiteScore (automated website auditing), AdPulse (PPC performance monitoring), and BrandMap (multi-location brand consistency tracking). Each tool serves as both a lead generation mechanism and a genuine client deliverable.
